1. Vendor Commission Policy

At Taxsafar, we value our registered vendors and ensure a transparent and timely commission process. Vendors are entitled to earn commissions based on the services they facilitate through the platform, such as Income Tax Return filings, GST services, company registrations, and more.

• Commission Timeline: All verified commissions are processed and disbursed within 7 to 15 business days from the date of successful transaction confirmation.
• Commission Eligibility: Commission becomes eligible only after the customer's payment is confirmed and the service is duly delivered.
• Payment Mode: Vendor commissions are paid directly to the registered bank account linked to the vendor's profile in the Taxsafar portal.
• Disputes: In case of any discrepancy or query regarding commission, vendors are requested to raise a support ticket within 7 days of transaction reflection.

2. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every service. However, if a customer is not satisfied or if a service cannot be delivered due to technical or regulatory reasons, we offer a fair refund process.

• Refund Request: Customers must raise a refund request within 7 days from the date of payment via email at support@taxsafar.com or through the dashboard.
• Eligibility: Refunds will be considered if:
  • The service was not initiated or completed due to internal reasons
  • The customer paid multiple times for the same service
  • There is a genuine system or billing error
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 business days and credited to the original payment method.
• Non-Refundable Cases: Fees paid for services that have already been initiated or where customer documents have been submitted are non-refundable.
